NXPT Fit ("the App") is operated by Team Hark LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

 

Information We Collect

 

When you create an account and use the App, we collect:

• Account information — your full name, username, and email address

• Fitness activity data — workout logs, activity types, duration, and target values you enter manually

• Progress data — XP points, level, streak, and personal records

• Community interactions — reactions and posts you share in the social feed

• Event RSVPs — which events you register to attend

• Device information — push notification token for delivering in-app notifications (optional)

 

We do not collect GPS location, health data from Apple Health, biometric data, or payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and provide app features

• To calculate XP, leaderboard rankings, and team scores

• To send you transactional emails (password reset, account notices)

• To send push notifications about challenges, events, and community activity (only if you grant permission)

• To allow other members to see your username, level, and activity feed posts

 

Information Visible to Other Members

The following information is visible to other members of the NXPT Fit community:

• Your username and display name

• Your XP level and team membership

• Activity posts you share to the community feed

• Your position on leaderboards

 

Your email address is never visible to other members.

 

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for your account and activity data

• Mailgun — transactional email delivery (password reset emails)

• Expo / EAS — app delivery and over-the-air updates

• Railway — API server hosting

 

We do not sell your data to advertisers or any third parties.

 

Data Retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address below and we will process your request within 30 days.

 

Children's Privacy

NXPT Fit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

 

Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your NXPT Fit account and all associated personal data at any time.

 

To request deletion:

1. Email dan@nxptfit.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

2. Include the email address associated with your NXPT Fit account

3. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days

 

What gets deleted:

• Your account information (name, email, username)

• All workout and activity logs

• XP, level, streak, and personal records

• Community posts and event RSVPs

• Push notification token

 

What is retained:

• Anonymized, aggregated fitness statistics (no personally identifiable information) may be retained for up to 90 days for app performance analysis
