In any class you will find our NXPT certified instructors working out along side our members, leading by example and inspiring from within. Each Trainer, from Yoga to BootCamp, Spin to Lifting, brings a unique background; sharpened from experience, backed by results, and supported with credentials.

Classes and workouts are programmed to accommodate ALL fitness levels- From the beginner to the expert. We have members with goals that range from general weight loss, wedding preparation, summer body goals, fitness competitors, OCR athletes, Ironman racers, and everything in between! Our programming will allow you to apply the correct strategy to accomplish the goal you have set out for!

BootCamp is 60 Min, X45 is 45 Min, X30 is 30 Min of the same circuit!
X45: This is our flagship class; 45 minutes of well rounded and dynamic circuit training. Each class is designed to deliver a combination of STRENGTH, AEROBIC, FUNCTIONAL, and DYNAMIC training. Our timed intervals allows all levels to adjust weight and intensity based on your goals and abilities. ​

X30: This is a 30 minute version of our X45 class. A brief warm up, and a concentrated focus on the movements for the day! Get a lot done in a small window of time!
​
PUMP: Minimal aerobic output, and a emphasis on muscle group isolation, this class is geared towards; Form focus, gaining strength, isolation training. Each class is designed to fit into the format of the week, allowing you to mix and match classes!
​
ADV WOD: Taking the focus of the day, and pairing it with movements that challenge and broaden your fitness level: Handstand push ups, barbell work, rope climbs, and more of the moves that we don't focus on in our X45 classes.
​
OCR/Hyrox/Deka Event Training: Our members and trainers are ALWAYS signed up for an upcoming race or competition! This class is tailored to prepare you for any event we are 6 weeks away from.
