Whether you are looking to lose weight, or gain muscle, we have a class option for you! Choose from our Group X Classes below, or check out our trainer's page to schedule a one on one Person Training Session.


All of our classes are done in TIMED intervals, allowing us to accommodate ALL fitness levels. From beginner to expert, NXPT classes can challenge you and help you reach your fitness goals!

BOOT CAMP

CLASSES

High Intensity Interval Training, formatted in a circuit layout.  Combining a well-rounded combination of Strength, Aerobics, Balance, Stability, Agility, & Plyometrics. These classes are designed to challenge the most elite of athletes while also accommodating the absolute beginner.

CORE CONDITIONING

Focuses on the muscle groups that make up your core; abs, hips, mid & lower back.  Mix up your routine by throwing in our C2 class and shred that mid section! Great for all fitness levels.

SPIN

Outdoor Classes

45 and 30 minute versions four boot cam classes, we isolate the focus of the day and cut out the un-necessary.  Same work in less time!

YOGA | Perfect for beginners and well rounded for enthusiasts. Working through fundamental movements, and tapping into the recovery dynamics needed for results

YOGA SCULPT | Bringing Strength through flexibility. Incorporating free weights into core vinyasa flow movements and holds, this class will increase you metabolism, challenge you muscularly, and close out with a peaceful finish.
