All our classes are designed using TIMED INTERVALS allowing you to dictate your: Intensity Level, Weight Option, Difficulty of the Variation, and Capacity.
This allows us to accommodate ALL fitness levels within the same class and challenge everyone specific to their goals!

YOGA | Perfect for beginners and well rounded for enthusiasts. Working through fundamental movements, and tapping into the recovery dynamics needed for results
YOGA SCULPT | Bringing Strength through flexibility. Incorporating free weights into core vinyasa flow movements and holds, this class will increase you metabolism, challenge you muscularly, and close out with a peaceful finish.

This class is great for the beginner, and designed for everyone needing a step back from the intensity of our Boot Camps.
