5K | 12 Zones | no excuses

  • KIDS COURSE: We have 2 versions: a HALF Mile course for our 4-8yrs Old, with fun fitness obstacles all can do! And a 1 MILE Course for our 8-14yrs Old, with fun and challenging obstacles your youth CAN and SHOULD do! Both earn a Finisher Shirt & Medal! 

  • Open: Scaled Versions of Standards Available! Earn your medal for completing the course and see how you do!

  • Age Group: RX for Gender, 1st/2nd/3rd Medals! Complete the course and see if your time holds up for a podium spot! Opt out at any time you run into trouble and still earn your medal! (Age Groups: Under 29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)

  • 2 Person Team: 1st/2nd/3rd Medals, Tag Team Style! You must run as a team, but can split any reps/distance at the zone to finish and move on! Unisex weights will be the RX for this option!

The Gist: 3..2..1..GO, You run a .25 mile lap to get to the entrance of ZONE 1, then follow that pattern for ALL 12 ZONES! .25 mile, Zone, .25 mile, Zone. Exact standards and weights will be released as we approach Race Day. We will have scaled options to ensure ALL can participate and experience the Games! Then, cross the finish line and take your medal with pride! You are now NXPTmade!

SLED PULL / PUSH Zone

50' Pull / 50' Push

Use your functional Strength to Drag your sled using our special forces 4" diameter rope, then Push your sled back before taking off!

Over Walls Zone

Jump a Series of Walls Varying in Height

From Hurdle style, to Inverted, to Ladder walls, Climb your way over them using your abilities and make your way to the next zone!

Assault Air Bike for Calories

You know the machine, you love/hate the machine, now show what you can do on it and HIT THAT CAL #!

Barbell Cycle Zone

Movements and Standards TBA

Strength is crucial as you enter this Zone and Cycle the bar for X amount of reps before continuing on!

PLYO BOX Zone

Movement and Rep scheme TBA

Time to move your body weight up, around, over the BOX! True functionality is your ability to maneuver your body weight!

5k Distance from Start to Finish

All your skills will come into play on this course, but to get from A to B you better be ready to Run or Walk or Crawl your way through!

Ski & Row ERG

2 Zones using Concept 2 machines - The Ski ERG and Row ERG will challenge your endurance in different ways!

Strength and Functionality will be key in this element as you hit it later in your course at a state of fatigue!

Bag goes over then YOU go over!

Move the bag weight over the wall, then follow it over with your body! Multiple Walls at DIFFERENT Heights!

Train and prepare for the unknown 

Part of fitness, TRUE fitness, is the ability to overcome unknowable obstacles that will test you mentally as well as physically. We will release these Zones 14 Days prior to the event with the Standards!
